On a Sunday late May I had a phone conversation with Christopher before receiving an appointment for out-of-hours care. From the receptionist to the healthcare assistant and Nurse Practitioner Nicola, who conducted my assessment, I experienced nothing but care and compassion. The exceptional support I received ensured I was directed to the appropriate ward for my procedure, and I was home within nine hours of my initial appointment.
I want to thank the entire out-of-hours team and the Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) for their outstanding service, especially Christopher and Nicola based in out of hours who were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you!
