Nurses are all very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help.
Unit is in a newish build providing a pleasant environment (although it can get a bit cold). Privacy when discussing condition/treatment with doctors and nurses is lacking. Toast is provided for morning patients which is very welcome and much appreciated but the sandwiches provided at other times are awful (please change suppliers).
Access could be improved a great deal if cars and taxis could use one of the 2 available access points on Crewe Road. This would also reduce taxi costs for the NHS considerably for patients travelling from that side of town.
All in all the staff in this unit make the extremely challenging process of dialysis treatment a much more tolerable experience than it could be.
