"Miserable reception staff"

About: Maybush Medical Centre

First visit after moving surgeries. I found the two reception staff to be rude, miserable and unhelpful.

The first one could barely answer, the other one joined in, neither showed any interest and I believe gave false information because they couldn’t be bothered to look into my request. After reading about my request on NHS online, they provided completely the wrong information.

Poor reception staff.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the mis-information you received and the way you were treated.
