"Made me feel so comfortable"

I called the team recently to discuss having a coil fitted where I was given a telephone consultation appointment. During the subsequent consultation I had a great discussion with the doctor about what coil would suit me and my needs. So much information was shared but in a really informative way so that I could decide what option was best for me.

I attended the clinic to have the coil fitted with Dr Lawson. She put me at ease straight away and explained everything that was going to happen. The most important thing was that I knew how the procedure would work but also that she would take it at my pace and ensure I was as comfortable as possible throughout. Her colleague Amy was attentive and so lovely to talk to and was a welcome distraction whilst the coil was fitted. Dr Lawson was incredible, it was seamless and over so quickly.

We had a lovely wee chat afterwards, I wasn't rushed out the door and was encouraged to stay until I felt happy to leave. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so comfortable. Dream team, thank you!
