After requesting a prescription by e-consult I was advised a routine GP appointment was required. Using a link supplied by the practice's text-message reply, I booked an appointment at the second attempt and was given a choice of 3 slots for a face-to-face GP appointment at my local Hamble Valley Health surgery.
My appointment was on time, the GP I saw was understanding, empathetic and unrushed, taking time to question and listen. I walked away from my appointment feeling the care I received was as we should all expect and receive - excellent.
Post appointment additional information resources we discussed were shared via practice text-message giving relevant links. This was unexpected but extremally helpful.
