"Bad customer service "

About: Whitehill Surgery

I was recently stood at the reception desk with no acknowledgement from the reception staff instead they continued to discuss a patient in front of me and finished their conversation before dealing with myself. Not even a “hold on il be right with you” they clocked eyes with me but did not acknowledge verbally. Reception team is the first port of call a patient should be receiving a warm welcome.
