"Overall excellent communication by all"

I attended the Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, this recently for a prostate biopsy, in the urology dept. The care I received was second to none. From the time I attended the reception, the staff were cheerful and friendly.

Jasmin carried out my observations and made me feel important. The Dr, Stephanie, was very caring and explained all of my test results to date. She detailed my procedure and didn’t leave until she had answered all my questions thoroughly. The biopsy was carried out professionally and systematically.

I need to mention Wendy who did her best to take my mind of the procedure. After the procedure Jackie was very kind after I had returned to the ward for recovery. Overall excellent communication by all and a very caring atmosphere created by the thoroughly professional staff. Thank you.
