"Unfortunate that some of the appointments were cancelled"

The initial sessions were extremely useful and gave me the support strategies to help me get back to work and in a healthier mental situation. Managing anxiety and stress and understanding the triggers were very useful.

It was unfortunate that some of the appointments were cancelled by the service due to the unavailability of the counsellor. In the end, I cut the programme short as I felt no further benefit would be felt from continuing.

Thanks for your time in sharing this feedback with us, and for letting us know what was helpful and not so helpful about your care with the service. I'm really glad that the initial sessions you had were useful, and that you received strategies to help you get back to work in healthier frame of mind.

I'm really sorry though, to read that we cancelled some of your appointments: although this can't always be helped (e.g. if a staff member becomes unwell), I know that it can be disruptive to your treatment, not to mention disappointing when you've planned to attend and continue with your care. I'm not sure what happened to lead to the cancellations, but if you'd like to consider whether you can continue with treatment I'd appreciate the opportunity to look into this? I can try and find out what happened, and if it's still appropriate we may be able to enable you to carry on with therapy if you wished to.
