(as a service user),

I started receiving care from Dr. Reid at Holmhead Medical Practice when I was pregnant. Her care has always been really warm and friendly. She is so calm and I always feel really listed to when I see Dr. Reid. I know how busy GPs are these days but I never feel rushed with Dr. Reid, and I am just amazed at how much care she shows! She really is a role model for other doctors.

It can be embarrassing and vulnerable seeing a doctor, especially when you see them so infrequently but Dr. Reid makes me feel like she remembers me and puts me at ease so I can talk openly about things. Recently this has included depression and my libido during a medication review.
