"Excellent care and attention"

I recently went to the surgical pre-assessment clinic - everyone was very cordial.

My Registered Nurse was Fiona, ably assisted by Student Nurse Petra.

Fiona immediately put me at ease making it very easy for me to talk meaningfully with her about the forthcoming operation.

They listened to me and took time to consider what I was saying.

Fiona was knowledgeable, professional and above all very personable.

My very grateful thanks to both Fiona and Petra for making what was for me a very stressful situation into a much more pleasant one.

There was also a very lovely lady HCA who took my blood  - she was so good at her job and very amusing too - so sorry I cant remember her name.
