About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

The recent OOH care I received was great, from the first call, to assessment & treatment - everything was actioned quickly. Nicola who assessed me in urgent care was fab, friendly & knowledgeable & made me feel at ease. The auxiliary who was assisting her- I think her name was Emma? - also was lovely. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your recent visit to Out Of Hours (OOH).

I was sorry to hear that you were unwell and needed to visit OOH however was encouraged to hear that you found the whole experience to be great with everything being actioned quickly and you were made to feel at ease.
