My husband and I came for our Covid booster on 29th April and the nurse observed that my husband has physical issues and that I was struggling to cope. She asked me if we were getting help of any kind and when I said no she was so kind and caring! She asked me if she could refer us to the care prescriber team which she promptly did. On the Thursday of that week I had a call from a lovely lady who came to visit us on the Friday. From this moment I feel our lives have changed and are going to be easier with the help and support that’ll be available to us.
I’m so grateful to that nurse for her compassion and kindness and I would like to thank her so very much!!
It’s a great team at City Walls and Saughall and I appreciate you all!!
