"Dignity, great staff, amazing care, compassion"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / High Dependency Unit & Intensive Care Unit Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

Unfortunately my mother had a cardiac arrest, from the 1st call to the ambulance to her being admitted to ICU, I cannot fault any of the services or staff who helped her.

The staff were amazing, very attentive, kept us informed all the way through her care.

Staff never get the credit they deserve, I know it's their job but the staff in critical care go above and beyond .

Special  mention to the nurses: Natasha, David ,Cian, Hannah and Laura. Massive thanks for the care you gave our mum in the difficult  situation and the compassion you all had shown with the end of life care, also the support to the family and the kids.

The NHS are soo lucky to have a team like you. Thank you.
