"Excellent service"

I had to attend the Ultrasound dept at Watford General Hospital. From start to finish the service and respect I received was first class.

The reception was friendly and helpful, my appointment was held on time, explanations were given on what was to happen and the results were explained to me clearly and simply.

The consultant referred me to another department for another scan and I was seen immediately.

My thanks to all the staff who attended to me and made what could have been a challenging experience so straightforward. I understand I can't mention names, but I wish I could, to thank them personally for their kindness and attention.
