From the minute we walked in we were met with politeness and efficiency.
Everybody knew their jobs and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
On a number of occasions we were approached by staff who were not dealing with us directly to ask if we were ok.
It couldn't have been a more caring and well organised experience.
Thank you to everyone from the specialist to the receptionist.
