"Worst reception"

About: Kingsway and Bramingham Medical Centre

Pregnant called the reception for my medication to be change the reception gave me an appointment for outpatient GP far away in the town and for after a week without realising how urgent it is for me and my baby not to take diabetic medication and need urgent care. Then finally after three weeks I sorted out my medication and she decided on her own that I need to go back to midwife to ask her to send a new letter for insulin as the one I gave to reception is a week old when they didn’t bother to read or approve my medication. Decided on her own without asking a gp that I need to ask midwife again. I am not well and they want me to keep going back to hospital and coming to them neither I have money for cabs to keep travelling. No considerations at all and refused to help andall disconnect the call on my face. What a service they are proving me.

Dear Wish

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to Kingsway & Bramingham Medical Centre.

I am sorry to hear about your experience of our service. I would like to arrange for you to speak to a member of the local management team about your experience. I wonder if you would be able to email blmkicb.kbmc@nhs.net marking your email for the attention of Daniel Freeman so that I can discuss further with you? This will enable us to improve our service.

Yours sincerely

Daniel Freeman
