"my stay on CIU"

Overall my care was excellent...such an improvement on my nightmarish visit of March 2012. The cleanliness was very good, the food was hot and tasty and the staff were respectful and caring. I was rather discomforted by the conflicting information given by Doctors to me, with regard to my treatment though. Ward staff also seemed to be in the dark over what decisions had been made. I found this very stressful. I would particularly like to mention a particular member of staff from housekeeping. He always had a smile and a friendly word. What a gem. Sadly I did overhear a nurse bullying a vulnerable patient on one occasion.
