"Surprised with the speed and professionalism that was shown"

I had hurt my foot 10 days previously and went to the MIU at ottery. They did a X-ray and referred me to the fracture clinic a week later. Although I was sent around a bit I was really surprised with the speed and professionalism that was shown.

I would especially like to mention Olly who performed my x ray. He was very professional but he also made me feel very at ease with his humour and calmness.

Although I was there for an unfortunate reason he made me laugh and that makes a big difference.

Thankfully the x ray came back as undisplaced so no further appointment will be needed. But I wish the best for olly, he is definitely an asset. X
