"The Old School Surgery Staff are Amazing!!"

I visited my surgery this week, I had a blood test.

I am petrified of needles!! I was fortunate to meet a nurse who took my blood, she was unbelievable! I didn't even know she took my blood, it was absolutely painless.

She kept me chatting during the procedure.

I also met the receptionist (I'm afraid I didn't catch her name) she was talking to an elderly Gentleman. Her tone and conversation was so refreshing to listen to. I felt compelled to tell her my observation. This lady is also an amazing member of staff who is a credit to this surgery.

Treat them well, they work very hard!!
