I have Crohn's Disease and Autism and I go to therapy kitchen at the children hospital in Glasgow.
My psychologist Collette helps me with my eating. For 10 years I have eaten the same 5 foods and trying new foods makes me very anxious, but Collette has helped me for over a year and I am so happy and proud of myself for trying lots of new foods and not being scared although it did take me a while but Collette always made me feel good and listened to me when I was scared. I had my last appointment this week and I will miss her so much because she was like a best friend who helped me and she was so nice.
I hope I see her when I have to go to my appointments for my Crohn's disease.
