I recently attended an IUD consultation and wanted to highlight the ease of booking through the telephone system. The online process for arranging a call was straightforward, and when I spoke with a staff member over the phone, they were both efficient and kind. Their approach made the process feel accessible and reassuring from the outset.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us such positive feedback.

I am pleased to hear you felt the online system (PHR) was an ease and straightforward.

We find patients who struggle to contact our phonelines from 9:15am when we open, helpful as they can then book their own appointments.

I am also pleased to hear you felt the staff were friendly and efficient, we strive as a team to make all our patients feel safe, respected, listened too and as comfortable as we can.
