"don't listen and don't learn from mistakes"

As already said by another reviewer- This place don't bother to listen to you or get advice about your other pre-exisiting medical conditions which they have no knowledge or experience of. Even when you give them all the contact details or have provided a letter from your expert consultant. Oh and don't bother complaining after this arrogance and ignorance has resulted in you being mistreated because they will just cover it up and still not bother to take note of your specialists advice to find out why they went wrong. Doctors who don't learn from their mistakes or won't admit to them in the first place are dangerous. Go else where!
