"Immediately made me feel at ease"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

Immersive Reader

From entering the clinic (clinic 4) feeling already anxious I was greeted by Jill who immediately made me feel at ease with her welcome.

Ashley then took me into a room and explained the procedure and what would be happening during my visit.  She was very thorough explaining in detail and answering any questions I had.

Dr Monaghan then did the same and I felt at home with them all .  One of those procedures that needs to be done and you have to drop your pride at the door. These guys are a credit to the NHS, thank you for being there and for me on that day.  Hats off to you all xx
