"A & E treatment"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Last year I had to take my daughter to A & E at Queens and the treatment she received was less than adequate. She was sent home with paracetamol and ended up being rushed to hospital the following day for emergency operation. This week I had to take my daughter once again to A & E at Queens where she received the utmost care and attention. All the staff were helpful and kind - even the cleaning staff were friendly. The doctors and nurses were brilliant - caring, efficient and so helpful. We wre seen within 2 hours and the nurse who treated her was fantastic - he put my daughter at ease and we felt confident and happy when we left. I would recommend Queens to all my friends and family now. Thank you to all the staff who helped my daughter on Wednesday night (20thNov). J. Fowers

I am absolutely delighted to hear that your daughter’s recent visit has changed your opinion of our services. It’s also wonderful to know that you would recommend us to your friends and family. I will pass on your comments to our Emergency team. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
