I want to say how very pleased I am with the care given to me, Ward 1, I have nothing but praise for the staff right from the housekeeper upto the consultant and his registrar. Everything was explained to me and even though in my opinion it was a major operation the staff showed such kindness and dedication. Nurses Loveness, Jordan, Juby, Rettha were amazing. My only gripe so to speak was that I could not say the same for the nurse that took over the morning shift, who did not seem to want to be there and had no bedside manner or empathy. But I would not want that to take away from the rest of the staff or the amazing care I received.
