I was in cross lane hospital for 6 months having been diagnosed bpd . . S ince the day I arrived until the day I was unexspectly discharged ..all I did was watch tv . I had only 3 meetings with 2 diffrent phyciatrsists . We didnt get very far ! Most of the staff loikwd adiff they didnt even want to be thier ib the first place . Thier was a few nurses that were genuinly concernd and geuninly cared . But I was most upset because when I got discharged I didnt have a care plan or discharge meeting I woke up one morning to a taxie at the entrance of the hospital . Thier wasnt enough beds apparently n I didnt need no more care either so they said before I got in my taxi ..even had no medication ! 6 months n then it felt as if they threw me in the deep end without asking me how I felt . I was definatly not ready to be discharged. I felt let down by the mental health sysrem and still do til this day ! well the battle gos on for me !
