I had to go in for a sigmoidoscopy. I was called a week before the appointment to say one was available which was fantastic. Received a bundle with all the information I could need along with the Plenvu, which was grim but did the job it needed to do.
All the staff in the department were really lovely, a happy jolly team with lots of singing. Made it such a pleasure. Thank you for putting me at ease.
