Very helpful when needed an emergency appointment. I called them as I had a hearing assessment booked for today with Inhealth who advised that I could not get any more help with my hearing aids until I had an assessment but then called me on the day stating they could not do the assessment without a referral from my GP as their contract with the NHS changed in November. I called my Dr Surgery to ask for an urgent referral for today's appointment and they kindly arranged an appointment for within half an hour and gave me the urgent referral so that I did not have to go without working hearing aids which would have stopped me from working. Amazing and I am very grateful to them.
