"Grateful for the care he received"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

(as a relative),

My brother was admitted to CCU at the QEUH Glasgow, recently.

He is so grateful and appreciates the care he received from all members of staff.

He has now been moved to a ward, but has asked me to pass on his heartfelt thanks. Big thanks from us too

Dear NHS Rules

Thank you for taking the time to share your brother's experience at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow. I am delighted to hear that he received excellent care from our staff in the Critical Care Unit (CCU). It is heartwarming to know that he appreciates the efforts of all our staff members.

I will ensure that your brother's heartfelt thanks are passed on to the entire team. It means a lot to us to know that our work has made a positive impact on his recovery journey.

Please extend my best wishes to your brother.

Thank you.

Nicole
