"Level of cleanliness"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at outpatients. During this visit I attended the first floor toilets as main entrance toilets was closed.

I was horrified that the level of cleanliness for a public toilet was disgraceful. No hand towels, waste bin full and the floor was filthy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take cleanliness standards very seriously and I sincerely apologise that the toilets did not meet the standard of cleanliness we would expect.
