Dear Derwent Team, 

I had a negative experience with the NHS and lost a little confidence.

I have completely changed my opinion, I now know what a professional service they offer. 

The staff had so much experience and compassion and they made me feel completely at ease before my operation. 

The aftercare I received was expertly carried out with satisfaction and confidence, giving me complete understanding for the care of the service that I received. 

I cannot praise the staff enough and not to forget the fantastic service of the surgeons, without them none of this would be possible. So again thank you to both the ward staff and the surgeons.

It is reassuring that your expectations were exceeded and you had positive outcomes following your previous experiences.
