Waiting times were abysmal, the staff were abrupt and English was poor. Whilst waiting all I heard was non-English communication. Above all, whilst all patients queued, waiting lengthy periods, a non-English family walked in to be seen above all those waiting by a non-English doctor, of which appeared to be all staff. Very unpleasant experience.
