"Physical health check"

Went to Livilands Resource Centre Stirling to get health checks done ahead of potentially starting a new medication for my mental health. 

Kathreen and Fiona were taking care of me and they did the best job. They were very kind and considerate, welcoming and lovely, and incredibly good at their jobs. Explained everything very well, made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening at all stages, and undertook all the physical stuff with ease.

I felt comfortable and very safe, have seldom felt so well taken care of. Would be so easy to do such routine things without much effort at all,  but this was absolutely not the case. I felt seen. Thank you both.
