I received a few life changing injuries when I served in the armed forces including a traumatic brain injury, nerve damage and arthritis which effects my life on a daily basis. I felt lost and alone for a long time.
It was then I was introduced to my occupational therapist James and my life started to change. I can't remember how or when I met James because my head injury has an impact on my memory. James has went above and beyond in his attempt to aid me. He has set up numerous services to help in my daily needs including a support worker to help with my low moods and lack of motivation, recommended a group activity which I still attend to this day and set up various mobility aid around me house. I know I've forgotten more things that he has done, excuse my memory.
James also travelled to me and sat with me when I was in personal crisis and on the verge of a breakdown. He is an outstanding individual and a credit to any organization who is lucky enough to have him. I wish him the best in the future with his endeavours and am glad I met him.
"He is an outstanding individual"
