"Extraordinary care and expert advice"

The much maligned NHS is a godsend. I visited the New Victoria Minor Injuries Unit. Although there was a slight wait (nothing major), the waiting area and reception were absolutely spotless, this didn't prepare me for the extraordinary care and expert advice I received. 

I forgot to take the names of the professionals who looked after me, but they were very professional and thorough, and had the loveliest smile and personality you will ever encounter. 

My main point however is how uber clean the entire treatment areas were. When I say spotless I mean like a new pin. These hardworking professionals obviously make time during what is undoubtedly a very busy environment to keep the place as though it was opened yesterday.
