About: The Pulteney Practice

I booked a face to face appointment at least 3 weeks ago for Monday 8 at 3.30.When I got to the Surgery someone had cancelled it.Luckily I had proof on my phone re the appointment.I was offered a phone call but I need an examination as my husband died of stomach cancer 3 years age and I needed reassurance that the symptoms I have are nothing to worry about.Now I have to worry for another 3 weeks,which is the earliest I can be seen by a female doctor

I am so sorry to hear you had a negative experience at the practice.

I have looked into it, and cannot find a reason why your appointment was cancelled, or why it happened, so I apologise profusely for this.

Unfortunately, mistakes can happen from time to time, but we do our best to try and rectify them to the best of our ability.

Since this review was posted we have met in person in the surgery, and I found an alternative solution for you, for which you were very grateful.
