I've been going to Inclusion for about a year. Its something I wouldn't have considered in the past. I was referred when I was (I feel) wrongfully arrested and came to Inclusion.
I completed a group session and things changed from there on. I spoke at the group and really started to open up for the first time. It encouraged me to go to more and although I've struggled its given me something to focus on.
Its been really helpful. I'm hoping to get my driving licence back
