"Its been really helpful"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Andover

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I've been going to Inclusion for about a year. Its something I wouldn't have considered in the past. I was referred when I was (I feel) wrongfully arrested and came to Inclusion.

I completed a group session and things changed from there on. I spoke at the group and really started to open up for the first time. It encouraged me to go to more and although I've struggled its given me something to focus on.

Its been really helpful. I'm hoping to get my driving licence back

Hi there

Well done you have taken the risk to begin to speak out. It takes real courage to take that first step into recovery. Holding onto our pain and suffering just keeps us stuck in the same place. Beginning to open up allows you to feel heard and offers others the opportunity to support you.

Sounds like you have begun to work your recovery through all its trials and tribulations. Respect to you and warm regards, you are an example to others allowing yourself to be seen is a great role model

All the Best Anne and the Andover team
