(as a carer),

I felt like it went really well, Susan the nurse, listened to all of our concerns and addressed each and every one, this is the most we have felt heard in the 6-9 months or so since we began raising this concern, we are very confident about the ongoing plan of treatment ahead and are very pleased we will be made more comfortable hopefully very soon.
