"Phones not being manned"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Radiology (X-rays and Scans) Stoke Mandeville Hospital Radiology (X-rays and Scans) HP21 8AL

I called up at 4.40 to try and speak to someone. The auto message said the lines are manned between 9am-5pm and to please call back within these hours. 4.40 is within that window. Not the first time this has happened. Most unhelpful.
