"Terrible gp surgery "

Horrendous experience. Sent around in circles. Awful booking system to get spoken to by a GP.

Told incorrect information from receptionists.

I feel failed by this surgery and will be looking for a different doctors. Ongoing issue causing rehabilitating pain for months, yet processed make it nearly impossible to been seen.

The practice is very sorry that you had a negative experience. In July we introduced a new system for booking appointments. All requests are seen by a GP and they instruct the team on actions to take. They will ask the reception team to book either face to face or telephone appointments on the day or 7 or 14 days in advance. I hope you find this system more accommodating.
