About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Been over here since 11pm, still here the next day at 14:41 after being told my partner would be having an MRI scan at 4 am this morning she’s been waiting in a chair and I’ve had to take a day off work and pay for childcare, only for a nurse to tell us that she’s not even booked for a scan today…. This is a shambles

I am so sorry you and your partner had this experience and that the communication was poor and you waited so long. I will pass your comments to the A & E team at QEQM.
