Dear 'Tuesday22',

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us.

I am sorry to hear that you felt our service was not able to meet your needs fully on this occasion. Our service provides short-term interventions which in the majority of cases are highly effective, however, if people have a number of particularly traumatic and ongoing stressors occurring it can sometimes be challenging to address everything within this time frame.

If you feel there are things you would like further support with we would be happy to accept a re-referral for you in 4-6 months time – simply speak with your GP about this. If you wish to look elsewhere then I would suggest www.bacp.co.uk.

Alternatively you may find local organisations such as SWAN Womens Centre or Creative Alternatives beneficial – all their details can be found on our Sefton Help Finder www.inclusion-matters-sefton.org.uk.

If you wish to discuss your concerns about our service further please contact Robert Waugh on 0151 922 5729.

I hope that these contacts are useful to you and I wish you all the best for the future,

Lizzie
