"Totally awesome"

I was booked in for a small gynaecology surgery.  I was very nervous about the whole thing. I was completely blown away by how wonderful all the staff were. 

I had so many health care professionals introduce themselves to me,   and talk to me about the procedure.   From doctors to the anaesthetist.  They were all wonderful.  Everyone was so kind,  the nurses couldn't do enough for you and were so lovely.  Fade introduced herself and helped me with stockings and went to find me reading material,  checking blood pressure regularly,  she was an absolute star!    I was so impressed by everyone that I met.  They kept everyone calm and comfortable in what can be a very anxious situation.   

I could not have had better treatment or care,  it was absolutely five stars.   I have a phobia about using toilets that are not in my home,  I was dreading having to use the bathroom,  but I need not have worried because they were absolutely immaculate!
