and completed the forms relevant to the procedure her communication was again very good, friendly pleasant and knowledgeable. The procedure was explained as it was performed I knew exactly what was required of me. The Senior nurse was accepting that I did not want sedation The whole of the

time I was in the unit there was evidence that the team reassured patients and the treatment was carried out in a friendly reassuring environment.
