About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

From the moment we arrived at Wishaw Day Surgery Unit we felt welcomed, and the process was smooth. They very kindly provided my husband with the information required, so that he knew exactly what to expect and how to contact the unit.  All health care professionals I met during my stay were outstanding, they explained everything  and I felt safe in their hands. We can not thank you all enough for the compassion and professionalism demonstrated.

I am pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience and that your husband also felt looked after and kept informed. I am delighted to hear that the staff were welcoming and the process was smooth. It can be an anxious experience attending hospital for a procedure or operation so I am glad to hear that the staff made you feel safe and that you were treated with compassion. This is the level of care our staff strive to provide every day. They will be delighted to hear your lovely feedback.
