"What a great wee team"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I had an appointment to see Dermatology Consulant, Dr May, this morning at RAH Paisley to have a mole on my shoulder looked at. After having a thorough all over check I was actually sent straight through to have a different mole removed there and then. Dr May was very helpful in explaining best to be safe than sorry and have this removed promptly to be investigated. I was then sent straight through for images of the mole to be taken and then in to have the mole on my calf removed. In all I was seen by consultant, images taken and then mole removed within an hour. I was seen by Cath and Carly who carried out the procedure, anaesthetic injection, removing the mole and then stitching the area back up. I was made to feel very at ease, country music playing and good chat with Cath and Carly, what a great wee team. Keep up the good work guys, you made a nerve wracking appointment 100 times easier. Thanks again.
