"Urgent Care is phenomenal !"

I have just spent the day here having a suspected DVT checked out, and I can't fault a thing. The department is spotless (there's a hardworking cleaner constantly making sure of that) and the staff, despite being on busy long shifts, are competent, kind and caring. I really felt heard and respected, and I only wish I could name the female ENP who made sure my mind was put at rest!
