(as the patient),

I was programmed for my hip replacement in the NTC at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy. The Whole process was absolutely brilliant. Although my stay was very short I was treated with expert care and professionalism. The team, from Surgeon, Anesthetist, Nurses to the tea lady (toast was fantastic) were so very, very good.
