"Giving me a whole new mindset for my life"

About: Community Mental Health / Adult Psychological Therapies

(as a service user),

Experiencing hopelessness and struggling with problems that I had gone years trying to suppress.

Put in touch with the adult psychologist services and met regularly one of the psychologists, where she talked and helped me through issues I had gone through in my life, and gave me the tools I needed to move forward with my life, giving me a whole new mindset for my life.
